保险人提前90天通知注销保单或重大改变条款(被保险人立即通知)

兹经双方同意，保险人可以提前九十天通知被保险人注销本保险单或重大改变，在此情况下，本公司应将按日比例计算的自保险单注销之日起的未到期保险费退还给被保险人。

被保险人可以随时通知保险人注销本保险单或重大改变，在此情况下，本公司按日比例费率收取自保险单开始之日起的已生效保险费。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

90 Days Notice of Cancellation by Insurer (Immediate Notice of Cancellation by Insured)

It is hereby understood and agreed that the policy may be cancelled at the option of the insurer, giving ninety days’prior notice to the Insured, in which case the Company shall refund the premium on a pro-rata daily basis for the unexpired terms from the date of the Cancellation.

The policy may be cancelled at any time at the request of the insured, giving immediate notice to that effect being giving to the Insurer, in which case the Insured shall be charged on a pro-rata premium for the expired terms from the date of inception.
