损失通知条款

无论是否与本保险单其它内容相抵触，在此同意，被保险人将导致或可能导致索赔的事件通知本公司时，由于疏忽导致延迟、错误或疏漏，本保险单不会因此而失效。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

Loss Notification Clause

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is hereby declared and agreed that this insurance will not be prejudiced by any inadvertent delays, errors, or omission in notifying the insurers of any circumstances or event giving rise or likely to give rise to a claim under this Policy. Subject otherwise to the Terms, Exceptions and Conditions of this Policy.
